Calgary has been RAINY this summer, so what better time to look at Hard Rain, the Christian Slater action flop from 1998? Ryan and Nathan continue their look at the high concept action vehicles of the 90s with this wet heist movie, co-starring Morgan Freeman and Randy Quaid as parties interested in acquiring a sack full of millions of dollars during a major flood in Indiana.
