The Movie is Driven .The Clerks, Nathan and Ryan. The Razzies results, one win. The 40 Million Dollars were likely an exaggeration. 

Welcome to Episode Two of our Franchise Pictures Batch, the movie studio that managed to populate much of the Bottom 100 list on IMDB before closing forever in 2007. This movie re-teams the Cliffhanger duo, Sylvester Stallone and Renny Harlin as they take a look at open-wheel racing, manhood and the answer to the eternal question posed by that GameCube case at the bottom of a dump bin at the Real Canadian Superstore, What Drives You?
